Celebrate with our Special Weekend Escape Promotion to Central Hawkes Bay				Who Needs an excuse to getaway with a group of friends! Whether it be that special birthday, celebrate an anniversary or just the opportunity to gather friends - Slip away for a weekend in the Hawkes Bay at an historic country homestead where the girls can enjoy a unique opportunity to participate in cooking classes in a homestyle country kitchen gathered around the farmhouse table. Your Cordon Bleu chef has catered for Royalty in England and been awarded the New Zealand Beef and Lamb Hallmark of Excellence 2008, 2009 and 2010, meanwhile the men can revel in golfing, clay bird shooting, archery or possibly a quad bike tour of the farm (weather dependent). Day 1 • 12.00 - Arrive in Central Hawkes Bay around midday and settle in • 1.30pm - Light lunch • 2.15pm - Relax, wander around the magnificent gardens, and enjoy a tour of this historical homestead. • 3.30pm – Cooking class with international Cordon Bleu chef – Charlotte Robinson or golfing, clay shooting or archery. • 6.00pm – Drinks and nibbles by the pool or fireside • 7.30pm – Dinner – dine in formal luxury Day 2 • 7.00am – 9.30am – Continental Breakfast at your leisure • 10.30am – Cooking class, golfing, or farm ride • 1.00pm – Lunch • 2.00pm – Question and Answer time with your chef, Charlotte and your host, Jen, or clay shooting. Boys weekend				Exciting, adventurous and fun! This should definitely be restricted to Friday to Sunday otherwise too much excitement isn't good to start the working week!
